Harry Partridge is a freelance Flash animator and the creator of Starbarians. He is also credited as the writer, animator and voice actor for the series, having voiced almost all of the characters himself, as well as creating additional music (not including the main theme, which was composed by Brian Sadler).

- His father is XTC's founding member, guitarist and chief songwriter, Andy Partridge. Andy is in a long-term relationship with Erica Wexler,[16] who provided the voice of Princess Bustilda in the first episode, "The Starbarians' Die".
- His first published cartoon was created circa 4 June 2004 entitled "The Human Snot",[17] at the age of 16.
